I request Tensens Cleaning Supplies, to sell me the goods described in my shopping cart. I acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE BY Tensens Cleaning Supplies
The goods or services, or both listed on the tax invoice provided by Tensens Cleaning Supplies are sold subject to these terms and conditions:
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by Tensens Cleaning Supplies.
Tensens has no obligation whatsoever to sell goods or services, or both, to the Customer until acceptance by Tensens Cleaning Supplies of an order from the Customer.
Tensens may accept an order from the Customer in any of the following ways:
written acceptance; oral acceptance; shipment of the goods or provision of the services by Tensens to the Customer; or
the issue by Tensens to the Customer of an invoice for the goods or services, or both.
These terms and conditions are deemed to be incorporated into each contract for the supply of goods or services, or both, by the Tensens to the Customer, notwithstanding any other provision stipulated in or purportedly required by the Customer to be incorporated in, any offer by the Customer to Tensens.
Orders by the Customer, risk and passing of title.
Tensens has no obligation to the Customer unless and until Tensens has accepted an order from the Customer.
Title in the goods the subject of any order made by the Customer and accepted by Tensens does not pass to the Customer until Tensens has received payment in full for the goods the subject of that order.
Risk in the goods the subject of an order made by the Customer and accepted by Tensens passes to the Customer when the goods are delivered to the Customer.
Until the Customer has paid the purchase price in full for goods the subject of any order accepted by Tensens, the Customer:
holds the goods on behalf of Tensens; must keep the goods separate from all other property of the Customer or third parties, or both, in good order and condition and clearly identified as belonging to Tensens;
the Customer may use the goods, subject to the right of Tensens to terminate the right of the Customer to use the goods, at any time; and
must return the goods to Tensens, upon termination of the right of the Customer to use the goods, upon demand by the Seller. The Seller is entitled to enter upon any premises used, owned or occupied by the Customer for the purpose of obtaining or retrieving the goods.

Freight Costs
In order to deliver a higher quality service to our valued customers, Tensens will now be delivering goods as follows:
Sunshine Coast Area: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY
Brisbane Area: TUESDAY & THURSDAY
Delivery Schedule
In order for us to meet your delivery requirements it is IMPORTANT that you place your order at least one day prior to your delivery day.

desired time-frame.

Our minimum order value of $150 ex. GST Sunshine Coast (otherwise a $6.50 Fee applies)

Australia Wide
Due to our large range of products, ranging from a toilet brush to a ride-on sweeper, freight fees are calculated by overall size, weight and destination. The easiest way to find out the freight charge is to e-mail us your order or place your order and we will e-mail you the freight costs for your approval.
We try our best to absorb the cost, therefore in general, it's around $20+gst (excluding WA, TAS, NT and other remote areas).
Dangerous Goods
Dangerous Goods chemicals and aerosoles are subject to a freight surcharge.
Again, as above, we will contact you with additional freight costs.
