Do Tensens Sell Direct to the Public?

Yes, Tensens sells commercial cleaning supplies and equipment direct to the public and we appreciate your business! Please feel free to phone or e-mail us with any questions.

How do I set up an account with Tensens?

To set up an account, please use the register tab at the top of the website, this will then allow you to:

  • Self-Managing account details such as address, phone number, usernames etc
  • View and Print Current Invoices
  • Create Favourite Settings
  • View Special contract pricing
  • View Previous Orders
  • View Newsletters and Other Helpful Information
  • View Saved Carts which have not been completed

I would like to open an Account with Tensens?

I would like to Return an Item?

Freight and Delivery Costs are non-refundable. Exchanges will be accepted via freight, in person or Australia post at the expense of the customer.  

"Return Authorisation Number"
Goods must be A Return Authorisation (RA) number is required for return of merchandise. Please contact the office, then customer service will determine the product is defective or incorrect. Products cannot be returned without an Return Authorisation Number. Products should be packed back into the original packaging and include all accessories and documents that were originally shipped. If the product is not complete, only a partial refund or credit will apply. A 20% Restocking Fee applies.

Do you accept C.O.D?

Payment has to be made before goods are despatched (unless prior approval is made), we do not accept C.O.D. We accept Visa, AMEX, Mastercard and also Electronic Bank Transfer and Cheque although a 3 day clearing period may apply.
