This Food Grade Sanitiser is a multi faceted food grade sanitiser formulated to provide excellent bactericidal properties especially aimed at pathenogenic food origin bacteria eg. E-coli and salmonella. Wipeout will not contaminate food areas.

How do you use Wipe Out Food Grade Sanitiser?
1.Remove or cover all food articles in area.
2.When soaking equipment parts, utensils and filters, dilute 1 part WIPEOUT to 20-30 parts HOT water. Rinse all surfaces and parts thoroughly with potable water.
3.As a Food Area Residual Sanitiser, dilute WIPEOUT 1:500 and apply to surface, do not rinse off. Bench top sanitising solution should be freshly made each day.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Dispense only enough for weekly use then discard.

Quaternary Ammonium Compound based formula effective against E. Coli and Salmonella. Exceeds the Commercial Disinfectant TGA Option C Test. Results available on request.
