How much does freight cost?
Our aim is to provide a superior service and offer our customers free freight in as many cases as possible. Unfortunately due to the size of Australia and the various size products we offer, it's difficult to offer this to all customers. We will always contact you before goods are despatched if additional charges apply and have the following basic calculators:
Vacuums, Sweepers, Scrubbers, Pressure Blasters & Equipment in most cases is Free In Store - so please contact us to confirm.

Do you freight to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO BOX's unless prior arrangement is made. We do however make an exception for smaller items which can be sent via Australia Post Bag (in a Express Post Bag), but we prefer to use freight carriers.
How long does it take?
Local: If the order is received in the morning, most deliveries will be made the same or following day Third Party: Goods will be despatched either same or following day
What if I am not home with the delivery?
Where delivery is by our freight service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
What about Dangerous Goods such as Flammable or Corrosive Chemicals?
As we are charged excessive fees by the freight companies and need to declare Dangerous Goods at all times, a surcharge will sometimes apply to these items (unless delivered by us personally). You will notice that if you place an order with Dangerous Goods included, it will automatically go to POA, therefore we will contact you ASAP with pricing.
