Freight is based on the size of the carton, dead weight, excessive length and many factors. Remote or Regional will generally be higher. Chemicals due to Dangerious Goods, Mop Handles, Extension Poles etc may occasionally incur extra charges.
If POA comes up on the website order, this means Price on Application. We will contact you regarding freight costs. Your credit card will not be charged on check out.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Items that are required urgently or are able to fit in a Airfreight Bag will mostly be delivered next day across Australia. In general, freight is dispatched on the same day or the following day and guidelines for deliveries are as follows:
Do you freight to PO Boxes?
We do not deliver to PO BOX's unless prior arrangement is made. We do however make an exception for smaller items which can be sent via Australia Post Bag (in a Express Post Bag), but we prefer to use freight carriers.
What if I am not home with the delivery?
Where delivery is by our freight service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them. You will then have to make your own arrangements to pick up the goods otherwise you will have to pay a re-delivery charge.
What about Dangerous Goods such as Flammable or Corrosive Chemicals?
As we are charged excessive fees by the freight companies and need to declare Dangerous Goods at all times, a surcharge will sometimes apply to these items (unless delivered by us personally).
What if I need my stock urgently?
If your order is urgent, please advise in the comments section of the check out. We will try our best to dispatch the stock asap.
